Q. I am interested in hiring a dog walker or pet sitter, What are the steps I need to take?
A. If you are interested in setting up services, We ask that you read over our website. Check out our social media and read our 5 star reviews.
If you have any questions they can be submitted on our home page and a team member will contact you.
If you are ready to sign up for services follow the get started link, There you can choose a date and time for a team member to come to your home and meet you and your pets. You will then receive an email to set up an account with us.
Q. How will I know that a sitter has been to my home?​
A. Freedom Pet Service uses software that will send you a report after visits have been completed. You will know what the animals did during their visits and receive photo updates.
Q. Will my visit be at the same time everyday?
A. Our schedules change from day to day. We do not guarantee a set time for your visits but allow you to choose a time frame for arrival.
Q. Will my pets always have the same dog walker or pet sitter?
A. Freedom Pet service is made up of a small team of pet care professionals. We are all trained to take the same loving, responsible care of your animals. While your pets may see the same walker often, we do train the entire staff on each home. This insures we will always have coverage for you and your animals.
Q. I have more than one dog, do I have to pay extra for each one?
A. Our pricing is based on time. We do not charge per pet for private visits from your home. We offer 30 and 45 minute daily walks. We do charge extra per a dog for our hour long trail walks, and our group walks.
Q. I have pets other than dogs and cats, are you able to take care of them while I am on vacation?​
A. Freedom Pet Service has team members who have experience with almost all types of animals. Including, Birds, Fish, And farm animals
Q. I need to cancel my services. Will I still be charged?
A. Our cancelation policy for daily dog walking is 24 hours. If you would like a credit you must cancel by 11 Am on day prior to your visit.
All pet sitting deposits are non refundable
